3. WhatsApp Messaging

Our Service includes WhatsApp Business API integration for automated messaging. By using this feature:

• You confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from recipients before sending them WhatsApp messages.
• You will only message phone numbers that you have explicitly whitelisted or that have opted in to receive communications from you.
• You are responsible for ensuring your message templates comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
• You understand that misuse of the WhatsApp API may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business account by Meta.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not share Your Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

5. Service Availability
