Novrix Rentals respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and all associated data from our platform.
What Data We Delete
- Account information: your profile, email, and authentication data.
- Property data: apartments, bookings, guest records, and associated details.
- WhatsApp settings: API tokens, phone numbers, recipient lists, automation rules, and message logs.
- Guest requests & tasks: all service requests, task assignments, and operational notes.
- Analytics & reports: historical occupancy, revenue, and performance data tied to your account.
How to Request Deletion
You have two ways to delete your data:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to support@novrixmanagement.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and begin deletion within 30 days.
Option 2: Contact Support
Reach out to our support team through any existing communication channel you have with us. Provide your registered email address and confirm that you want your account and all data permanently deleted.
Timeline
Once we verify your identity, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days as part of our standard disaster recovery procedures, after which it is permanently purged.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be permanently closed.
- You will no longer be able to log in or access any dashboard data.
- WhatsApp automation will stop for all numbers associated with your account.
- Any guest-facing pages or QR codes linked to your apartments will no longer function.
- Deletion is irreversible — we cannot recover your data once it has been removed.
Data We May Retain
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This includes:
- Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records required for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance.
- Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
